Indonesian Naval Ship KRI BUNG TOMO – 357 departs island
The Indonesian Naval Ship KRI BUNG TOMO – 357 which arrived in Sri Lanka on 31 Jan 25 for replenishment, departed the island today (01 Feb). The Sri Lanka Navy bade customary farewell to the departing ship at the Port of Colombo, following naval traditions.
Meanwhile the Commanding Officer of the ship, Captain (N) DEDI GUNAWAN WIDYATMOKO called on the Commander Western Naval Area, Rear Admiral Chandima Silva at the Western Naval Command Headquarters and Director General Operations, Rear Admiral Buddhika Liyanagamage at the Navy Headquarters on 31 Jan.
During the stay in Sri Lanka, crew members of KRI BUNG TOMO - 357 visited some popular tourist destinations within the Colombo city.
