Archbishop of Colombo blesses Commander of the Navy

The Commander of the Navy, Vice Admiral Kanchana Banagoda received blessings from the Archbishop of Colombo, His Eminence Cardinal, Most Rev. Dr. Malcolm Ranjith, during a visit to the Archbishop’s House in Colombo.

During the ensuing discussions, His Eminence acknowledged the Navy’s contributions in national security and religious harmony. Also, he invoked blessings upon the Commander of the Navy and all naval personnel, wishing them strength in their future endeavours.

Marking the importance of this occasion, the Commander of the Navy placed his remarks in the visitors' book as well.
