Chief of Staff, Joint Staff, Japanese Self Defence Force Admiral Katsutoshi Kawano met Commander Western Naval Area Rear Admiral Nishantha Ulugetanna at the Western Naval Command Headquarters in Colombo yesterday( 9 March ).
