Rear Admiral Senarath Jayasinghe who served as the Director General Civil Engineering at the Naval Headquarters, today (08) bade farewell to his illustrious naval career which spanned over 34 years.

This year’s edition (2016) of the annual magazine “NANGURAMA”, published by the Sri Lanka Naval Association, was offered to Commander of the Navy, Vice Admiral Ravindra Wijegunaratne by the Chairman of the Naval Association, Captain (Retd) Ashoka Wijegunawardena at the Naval Headquarters today (7).

A song collection titled “Thani Mansale” written and sung by Lieutenant Commander Mahinda Kuruppuge was launched and the first CD of the collection was offered to Commander of the Navy, Vice Admiral Ravindra Wijegunaratne at the Naval Headquarters on 30th June 2016.
