The Flag Officer Commanding in Chief of Southern Naval Command of the Indian Navy, Vice Admiral Girish Luthra who arrived in Sri Lanka on 14th of this month on a six-day official visit, paid a courtesy call on the Commander of the Navy, Vice Admiral Ravindra Wijegunaratne at the Naval Headquarters today (18).

The Officer Under Trainees (OUTs) of Sri Lanka and Indian Navies took part in several sporting events, held at the sports ground of SLNS Gemunu Welisara, organized in view of strengthening the relationship and camaraderie among the OUTs of the two navies.
